ORDERING INFORMATION
We accept MasterCard and VISA. We also ship C.O.D.,
but only to addresses where someone is always available
to receive and pay for the shipment during normal delivery
hours. You may also prepay with a check; we will ship
your order when the check has cleared.
RETURNS
All sales are final. Damaged product will be replaced
at no charge. Please inspect the product when received
and report damage immediately. Any damaged product reported
after receipt is subject to a 15% restocking fee. When
returning damaged product, a signed Return Authorization
Form is required, and can be obtained by contacting
us. The most economical carrier is to be used to return
damaged product. A credit will be made against your
account for the return shipping charges at no cost to
you at the rate of the most economical carrier.
SHIPPING
We ship using UPS, Fed-X and US mail. Very large orders
are shipped via common carrier. Please specify your
shipping preference when you place your order. If you
don't indicate a preference, we will select the best
carrier for your area. We are not liable for merchandise
lost in transit.
Shipping
charges to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S. will
be charged at current rates of carrier at the time of shipment.
All Custom duties or fees are the responsibility of
the recipient.
